About Me
I earned a BA in English Literature from UCLA, an MA in Psychology from Antioch University, and a PsyD in Child Psychology and Psychotherapy from the Reiss-Davis Graduate School. The topic of my dissertation was the interplay between the development of chronic shame and the capacity to think.
I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2001 (LMFT #37959). I currently work with adults (18+) and couples.
My personal and professional experience has shown me that change is possible, even for entrenched and seemingly impossible problems. I genuinely believe that we are all wired for growth throughout our lifespan, and that we can find new ways of being and feeling through the process of psychotherapy.
